I believe this only fits up to a 13. My 15 only has 2 bolts holding it on

 

This cover only takes two bolts it's for the newer hydraulic clutches. Look closer at the pic, are you mistaking the stamped bosses for bolt holes?? My description is correct

 

you are correct. I though those bottom two were bolt holes but they are not
