Detachable Sissy Bar Upright for '97 thru '08 Baggers
It's the medium height upright, and the part no. is 52933-97C. The sticker on this is $179.95, so I'm thinking $85, shipped.
It does require the docking points, but if you're thinking about going with quick release features on your bike, it's a great start.
