I have a set of Harley non vented lowers that I ran on my 2008 RG. Also have the mounting kit from HD. Used one winter, as I removed during the summer, then traded the bike before the next winter.

No part number on the lowers that I can see. There is an inspection tag from the Tomahawk Division of HD on the inside of one lower.
Part # for the mounting kit is 58757-04 and it lists for 2004 and later Road Glides, but I see no reason it would not work on any model with a front engine guard.
