14+ black lower legs. Bought as take offs, after powder coating. Have not been installed on a bike after coating. Deep gloss black (very "deep" compared to other powder jobs I've seen, not a wrinkle or flat finish). I'm not an expert on power coat quality though.... I'll include the seals and crush washer as well, new from Harley.

The cowbells are new in box Harley OEM black bells.
