So how was the feel of the ride with a gel flapjack on your seat? make any difference in ride or cooling factor?

 

Cooling for sure! I had a Danny Gray BigIST witht he same sort of seating surface and when I switched to the Le Pera I knew I wanted a softer seat AND the cooling. This fit the bill in booth cases but especially the cooling.

It fits well and works well for what it is. I've just decided that I'm done looking for alternatives to spending so much on a Russell Day Long.

If I don't sell it I'm going to use it for my computer chair at home

 

FYI ....

We recently had our Tall Boy seat redone with memory foam over the gel pad ...as we were looking for something better also ...has greatly improve the comfort and as added to the riding time between stops !!!
