Tour Pak side marker lights

Used red side marker lights for pre 2014 tour paks. A few years back on my old bike I had replaced these with the smoked lights. $15.00 plus you pay shipping

Those will still fit 2104 and up. I think 08 and earlier are different

Are they LEDs?
