Factory color is Vivid Black. Are these aftermarket instead of Harley?

You can actually get these painted factory matched for most colors from Harley. Vivid black is just all that is shown on hd.com. Just ordered a set from boardtracker factory matched charcoal pearl with SGS pin striping for $1049 shipped.

These are a great price for someone needing vivid black.

You're issue is these are $1048 shipped PAINTED from boardtrackerhd.com.

If you're dealer charged you $1300 for these with no paint, I'd find a new dealer.

are these even Harley OEM? You can buy primed OEM for same price here...
