Never installed them on my bike, but with the baffles installed they should have a deep pitch/tone

3 1/2" ?? I was thinking more on the lines of 2 1/2" or 2 1/4". so they are pretty much straight through?

I'm sorry. I misread your post. The size of the mufflers are 3 1/2" I don't know the exact size of the baffles as they were already installed when I purchased them.
