The rule should be much clearer than it's written. It says "surcharge" however when sending paypal gift and using certain payment methods there is no surcharge, it's free to the sender. So if the intent is not to add a surcharge....I didn't. If the intent is to avoid gift transactions please state so.

I just installed this amp on my bike and it's great. I have the high level (speaker) input connections if anyone buys this and needs them, I'll just give them to you.
