What are the dimensions? Is it as big as a hard tour pac?

19" from passenger pad to rear of trunk, 21 1/2" wide and 13 1/2" - 14" tall. Comes with Passenger pad and quick detach

 

Comes with back rest pad and quick detach for a 2008 - 2014 touring. Not 100% on the quick detach years but pretty sure. Either way if you need the older one it will still line up

Only caught in the rain a handful of times with it and everything stayed completely dry. I was always looking for a hard pak myself until I seen my buddy put this on his sunglow street glide. It really matches well. Also I was looking for the leather Road King classic saddle bags to go with it but never found them. I honestly don't use it as much as I was expecting. Been in my basement depriving someone of having one. I also have the leather saddle bag guard pouches I was going to sell if the price was right and they kinda brought the whole leather thing together on a candy orange and beer bottle bike.
