Power Commander
I have a PC-V model 15-003 that I used on my 2009 Road King. Comes with 02 eliminators, disc, cord in original box. Also has instructions and will come with original receipt from Fuel Moto. You can use receipt # and get maps and support from Fuel Moto. Asking $125 firm which includes shipping to lower 48 plus paypal fee.

Just got off the phone with Dyno Jet and they said this will fit 2008-2013 Touring bikes.

The main difference is that if you want to adjust the map yourself, the PCV will allow you to do that. A Windows laptop with a USB port connected to the PCV while on the bike will allow you customize your own map. With the FuelPak you have no idea what the different codes adjust so you are completely dependent on V&H. I had a PCIII on my Honda and now have a FuelPak on my RGU. The FuelPak works great for me with the tune V&H gave me. Had this been for sale at this price when I needed one, I would never have bought the FuelPak. I have no need to get a different controller, but if I needed one right now, I'd take this over the FuelPak LCD all day long! But the FuelPak does the job required by me and have no complaints about it, I just prefer being able to tweak my own fuel map.
