I have 2 kits, they were from 2013 and earlier. I had to get different for my 2014. One is 1" lowering, and the one with more holes is 1 or 2" lowering. These are as complete as I can tell. Please make sure these are what you want. May be too many washers or you might need to use some nuts/bolts/washers from existing setup. Either kit is $20 plus $5.95 shipping usps. Let me know which one you want. These were on my 2006 and 2001 ultras.

Do you know what brand they are? Did they come off your bike? How was the ride?

I think the one with 3 holes is LA choppers, not sure on the other. I had them on different bikes, both Ultras with lowered shocks. The ride was fine, it was the air shocks that suck. It lowered me proper and got my feet on the ground but I went with HD lower air shocks and they were rough. I have a lower kit with premium ride shocks from CVO and it rides awesome. It works well if you want to drop and inch or two. The one with the 3 holes can drop 1 or 2"
