You get everything you see in the picture. Started to use this for another project, but going in a different direction with side exhaust. Never installed, blowing it out for $350 for the fender, sub-fender, mounting bracket, and hardware. This kit cost over $750 when it was originally bought. Fits 2008 and down Harley touring bikes, does not come with any lights.

Does NOT include any lights or license plate frame.

No, that's stated in the description. I hadn't decided on which lights I was going to put on this, when I decided to go in a different direction. Even without lights, this is still at about half of retail, and FREE SHIPPING on top of that.

Not painted or primered, it's the black gel-coat.
