But here is all i can tell you on fitment.
This seat touring seat listed it as fitting 09 & newer Electraglide Ultra Classic Touring bikes in Ultimate Seats online catalog.
But with that said according to some HD experts here in HDforums this seat also fits 08 touring HD's too ,but i don't know for 100% sure if thats case or not.

it was very firm so ended up sending it back. also the stitching of their name in the seat was coming out after 50 miles, that was something I specifically asked them about when I called before ordering the seat. No clue why they stitch it in a high friction area.
Frustrating and waste of my $$.
Pic for reference in the event someone down the road looks this up.

For what its worth.. I had an Ultimate seat on my last bike and I have found no seat even close to the comfort of the Ultimate seat.. I personally would buy your seat except the studs just wont match my Ultra limited.. But I will say anyone willing to buy this ultimate seat will NOT be disappointed. And of course I do know full well that seat comfort is a very personal and relative subject so this is my opinion and not wrote in the Holy Bible.

I tried this seat at Delmarva bike week last month, was comfortable to sit on but I needed to be moved back and felt cramped even with their tall boy version. They are expensive and you have it very reasonably priced. Wish it would fit me.

Ultimate Seat
I have had an Ultimate Tall Boy (single seat, not the two piece version) on my 2014 FLHTK for almost two years now and I gotta say it is by far the best, most comfortable seat that my wife and I have ever rode on. Looks great, fits great and is supper comfy. I bought the riders backrest when I purchased the seat and find that actually, it is not needed. There is superior back support for the rider built in to this seat and I ride about 75% without the rider backrest. The wife, and this is what really matters, swears by this seat and says she will not ride on any other seat in the future. Ultimate Seats, can't go wrong!! Just my .02 cents worth.
