Default Harley Premium Hand adjustable Touring shocks

Harley part # 54000008 Premium shocks with 4000mi on them. $549.00 on Harleys site. If you can find them for %20 off on some sites your still looking at $440 bucks. I'll sell them for $300 Plus shipping. Here is a link to the part http://www.harley-davidson.com/store...le-rear-shocks Ask anyone who has installed them. Pissed I didn't put them on the day I got the bike. These are the 13" shocks so you get 3 inches of travel instead of the measely 2" of travel on the low profile ones. Had them on my Street Glide and no one knew they were the taller shocks. Fits all touring models from 2009 up.
PM me for more info

Just to know, These shocks will fit more than you said.. I've installed on 2002 FLH's, same mounting... Hope this helps.. I have the 12" shock on my 2008 Standard, never bottomed out. Wonder what the 13" shock would be like ??

As an FYI...

I would NOT put these on a pre-2009 bike. In 2009 they changed the swingarm to accommodate the stresses these independent shocks deliver.

Just because the holes line up does not necessarily mean the "fit".

What ever, check out listing for shocks on Progressive shocks site.. same fit... But do as you like.. Just trying to help.. I'm aware of the change in 2009 with frame change...
