Have you asked progressive if they'd sell you a heavier spring? Eibach would probably make one for you if you ask progressive for the tech specs of the spring. You may run into the same issue with the harley shocks. Worth a call to progressive.

Made the call when problem was found. They have the heavy springs on them and no other.

Really looking to trade right now but after weekend may sell. Adjustments are all the way tight with me on bike with biggest spring they make for these shocks. Perfect for me but when I add passenger on stops!

I have same shocks for sale but with the lighter spring rate..Progressive changed them for free!!
