Yes I'm pretty sure they will with the engine guard being the same on your bike and my bike and if your lighting up front is of the stock variation.

Would like to buy this if its still available?

Also looking for a set of Tour Pak Speaker Pods if anybody has a pair they would like to sell, bought a Tour Pak on Ebay and they were removed so I'm looking to replace and finish off the Tour Pak installation.
