Wow. My best friend has an 08 CVO Ultra. He replaced the entire exhaust system. I tried to sell his old pipes/mufflers on eBay. Could not give them away! Saw a similar set that sold for $69. He said forget about it. Not wort the hassel for so little money. I think the whole system is still sitting in boxes... So is ther really a market for used stock CVO mufflers? Might be time to re-list...

 

there is a market ... but, l think for the 2011 - 2015 cvo mufflers ...l don't think the 2008 are in that big a demand ... doesn't hurt to try...

You would think that somebody out there has damaged their stock mufflers and wants replacements. I guess maybe they just replace them with after markets...I may try re-listing his stuff sometime soon..good luck moving yours.

 

I bought a set of new takeoffs from a 2013 CVO Ultra Classic with heat shields and end caps on eBay for $165 shipped in February 2013. During the riding season they appear to go in the $200-$250 range plus shipping auctioned eBay.

 

have seen these for $200-$250 with damaged tips or damaged chrome with either dents or scratches .... good ones go for at least $280 plus shipping ,...there's always a deal to be found if your in the right place at the right time...
