SoldBrand new premium adjustable shocks were taken off by dealer on my brand new 2015 rd glide with 1 mile on it before I took delivery, shocks were never rode on. Took off and air ride was put on by dealer.

 

Question about the swap. Lots of guys going to Progressive, Ohlins or these in lieu of air shocks. Why the swap?

 

I went with air ride for myself bc I am doing a custom bike with a lay frame so I need the air ride to be able to get the frame to the ground, I rode my buddies 14 Streetglide last summer that had these shocks and by far best shocks I have rode on can def ride all day on them and feel great at the end of the day.

The OP said they are off a 2015 Road Glide Special.....They are 12s.

 

Just measured them center to center they are 12

 

Would they be a direct swap on a 13 road glide? Any difference in hardware?

 

You would just reuse your bolts from you shocks take you abt 10-20 mins to swap out very easy up grade and will elinmate they need for carrying around the air pump
