I picked it up at the end of 2013 from a friend who had it installed for less than a year. No issues or flaws. except the dust.......

Damn, why didn't you post this a month ago. I bought a king tour pack for my road glide and I searched forums for 3 months looking for the smooth pad. I was forced to pay $240 from Harley for a new one.
