I assume you are asking about the chrome rotors, as stated they are new and only 11.5" Dia., if I am not mistaken you need 11.8" Dia rotors.

 

Will the black flush axle work on a 2011 StreetGlide with ABS?

No you need a 25mm axle, this one is a 1" axle. Reason I am selling is I am putting a 2011 front wheel on my 07 and the bearing are different.
