What all does this include?

 

PM replied to, it includes for both sides; hinged latch assemblies, backplates for lids where hinged assembly attaches, brackets for back of bag bottoms where lid latch into, rubber seals for lids and grommets for bag bottoms where mount pins pass thru, all necessary screws. Not included in kit from HD - latch faceplates, locks, or bag mount pins (all of which are sold separately and not too expensive.

Found extra set of 4 saddlebag mount pins and a pair of lid thethers Ill throw in as well
