These bags came off of my 2013 Roadglide custom & are complete with hinges. All that's missing are the locks(PN 53710-93 - $47 at Kutter HD). The color is Big Blue Pearl. They are in very good condition. $550/OBO plus the ride.. Located in South Dakota.
