I new I'm late to the party here but just joined this site... Where can I find one of these relocation brackets? Is it HD or aftermarket?

I checked the link... According to their fitment guide, that part doesn't fit a 2013 FLHTK? Is there something different on the Ultra Limited? Tail light and signal bar on all E-Glides look the same to me...
