This is the black wrinkle raw finish model MB-AH5-WR. No longer available from Custom Dynamics who now owns MiniBeast air horns. I bought it new from ProPad directly about 2 years ago for $200 and just installed on bike about a year ago. Excellent horn and this thing is LOUD! Only looking to go in a different direction.

To install this, you simply unplug the 2 wires from your stock horn, remove horn and cover from bracket, plug in existing 2 wires from stock horn to relay mounted inside MB cover, run a single fused wire (included) from your battery to the relay, mount MB to stock horn location. All there is to it.
