09 up rider backrest and mounting bracket with all hardware and instructions part numbers are
52589-09a
52914-09a kutteronline gets 203.00 for the pair I will sell for 165.00 shipped in the lower 48.

This should fit down to 97 if not further. Gave mine to a buddy from my 05 Road Glide and went on his 14 Street Glide without a problem. I think he needed to buy a very cheap part to get it together but doable.
