Ultra Limited Low

Ultra Limited Low
Hey guys, I'm sure it's been talked about already, but I'll say it anyways... I just sat on a new Limited Low. I can guaranty that when I am bike shopping again five years from now, if they still make it, I will be buying one. If I closed my eyes, I would have sworn I was sitting on a Softail. You really do sit "in" this bike. My legs were right where I wanted them with my feet on the ground, hands were in a very natural position, and because of all that, the bike felt half it's normal weight. I can't wait to demo one. I'm a pretty average size guy (5'10", 180lbs) and the bike could not have fit better. I'm also thinking it would be really easy to roll back in parking lots or whatever since you sit so low on it. Thumbs up to the MOCO for finally coming out with this! You hear all the time how some of the smaller riders, riders who are getting a little older, or riders with health problems saying that they need to get a smaller, lighter bike. I bet this is the answer for a lot of them...

As far as I know it has... There is more legroom too because the primary cover doesn't stick out as far. I honestly couldn't believe the difference sitting on it vs a regular one. It has the same rear suspension as a SG special (and my cvo rk) I have to admit that if it was around a few months ago when I bought my bike, it would have been a lot harder too decide between the two. I'm slowly working my way up to a full tourer, and that will be the perfect one for me when the time comes.

That's my concern. Do you have to ride it in a straight line? They put feelers on the boards for a reason. What's the lean angle on the Lows?

31.9 degrees, right
31.8 degress, left
Ultra Low:
27.8 degrees, right
28.6 degrees, left
As far as I know, the new 'Low' is just a collection of pre-existing Harley parts, aside from the new narrow primary and derby cover.

I liked the feel of the Low but since I like the twisties so much in the mountains I felt the Low would drag the floorboards like most of the softails. So I just bought me a Limited.
