Default Pinstriping a street glide

Was thinking of striping my pewter pearl flhx similar to the 2014 models I really like the single line stripe on them. please post some pics if your glide is striped. Looking to keep it classy and stock looking.

That"s a great looking color as is,who cares what HD did with the '14's ? If it was my ride I wouldn't stripe it if ya paid me.On your SG I think less is more, but that"s me.

If you were gonna pinstripe I would not mimic the 2014 models. Get something original and unique.

I like the one done by Dan Kite in this thread.

Sometimes, ya just gotta go for it! Some of us can see something like pinstripes in our mind's eye, some of us have gotten used to having others show us theirs on the Interweb. I'm old school, and rely on said mind's eye...certainly lends an air of uncertainty to the equation, but if I like the idea when I'm imagining it, I can't remember a time when I've been disappointed later. Worst thing can happen is that if ya don't like it, wipe it off, and try something different, and lay some more clear over it if you've gone the route where you've colorsanded the OEM clear coat so to lay more clear over the striping. If you haven't, well, then, it's a simple matter to use a little acetone to wipe off what you've had done. No big deal either way.

I'm not keen on flames, but have seen some fabulous line patterns. I'm sure any of the artists can talk through all the possibilities and advise on colours etc.
