To the OP I have the setup you are leaning toward. It is very friendly to touring and listening to the radio. If you beat on it you will know it is not a stock exhaust. Mine is on a '11 RGU.
To son of the hounds don't know what you ride but a four inch muffler will not "kiss the pavement" on my bike. I ride somewhat aggressive in the twisties of NC, TN mountains and it will not scrape unless you go down. See attached photo under my running boards my 4.5 pro touring mufflers have never "kissed the pavement". Notice the 4.5's in action.... they are not going to scrape.
