Default oil cooler adapter

well i've searched this forum until i'm about to go blind. changing oil in my 12 streetglide tonight and when i went to remove the oil filter i noticed the adapter rotated back just alittle. i'm going to snug it up some ,but i thought i heard they upped the torque spec. on the 7/16ths allen bolt in the middle. my manual states 19 to 22 ft lbs. anyone have any different specs? the adapter has the two nubs that keep it from rotating anymore than just alittle. the oil filter was pretty tight and even if i didn't retorque the allen bolt i doubt that it would turn again if the filter wouldn't have been so tight. ant thoughts on this ? i know thw 14 adapter has ao-ring and groove in them and looks to be a better setup.

Default

located a 7/16ths allen i tightened my oil cooler adapter up today while finishing my oil change. i torqued in to about 28 ft lbs. 19 to 22 is just way to loose in my opinion. snugged it down pretty good and went for a ride ,no leaks. i can see why they leak and spin when removing the filter when the are that loose.
