Looking at buying a Harley color matched tour pak for my 13 RGC. I know I need the mount, pad, and the tour pak itself. I have heard its extra to have the lock keyed to match the bike. Anything else im missing?

 

You might want to think about your antena. Do you plan to add brake lights also? You're correct about having the tour pak rekeyed if you want one key for everything.

 

The "easiest" way would be to visit your local dealer and go over the options you want.

Items you will need

4-Point docking kit
Tour Pack mounting base - 2 versions available, either solo or 2-up - pick the style you want
Tour Pack itself (King, Chopped, Razor)
Tour Pack backrest (many styles available)
Lock Set - Dealer can order keyed to your current key (they just need the key number)

If you don't want to use your local dealer, you can order all the parts through one of the online dealers.

 

I recommend springing for the liner too

This was one of the reasons that I sprung for an ultra in the first place...tour pak and lower fairings.

 

Does the tour pak come with hinges and latches or do i have to get those seprately.

 

Yes, hinges and latches are pre-installed.

However, I think most would recommend upgrading to premium hinges.
I did that on mine, and they are much better.

 

do you have the part number for those. I didn't know there was premium hinges. I thought they were all the same. Whats the difference.

 

The stock hinges work, but they just look "cheap" compared to the premium hinges.
The premium hinges are what come stock on the CVO bikes.
