Some HD dealers really do take care of their customers.

Some HD dealers do take care of their customers
I bought my 2014 Amber Whiskey/ Vivid Black Ultra Limited from El Cajon Harley Davidson. They have never failed to exceed my expectations. They will take care of you! Every time I have been there, someone always greets me by name when I walk in the door. I live closer to two other dealers here in San Diego and I always go to El Cajon Harley for whatever I need.

Mounted tires on my new rims even though I did not purchase either from them and had Dyna Beads in stock..... Paid a little more than I wanted to but 1 hour and the beads (4 ounces) was $112 out the door...... Done the next morning. Looking back I say it was more than fair. Service manager is great to deal with.
And this past weekend during their open house the parts guy wasn't sure exactly what I needed for converting my turns to LED so HE took me out the the Custom Dynamics rep that was there with Drag Specialties and made sure I got the right lights.......
Always pleasant and helpful....

City Limits HD in Palatine, IL (Chicago suburb) have been great. I'm new to the HD world and everyone at the dealership has been terrific. I have an Ultra Ltd and brought it in for the recall and a tour pack latch issue and I was in and out in 30 minutes with no appointment. Every person I've spoken to at the place from service to sales to parts have been friendly and helpful. They've EARNED my repeat business.
Recently purchased a Tri Glide from City Limits. Totally agree. They are the best

Zylstra HD in Ames, Iowa, outstanding people to business with.
Purchased my new bike from them, various parts, clothing and used their service department. From salesperson, parts man, General manager, service man and even the vp, all have been awesome people. Very accommodating and professional.
I have 2 dealers closer and wouldn't dream of using them.
