Some HD dealers really do take care of their customers.

That's funny, must be a local thing. In Lansing, you would think Brighton walks on water and Capitol sucks... Although my experience has obviously not supported that.

City Limits HD in Palatine, IL (Chicago suburb) have been great. I'm new to the HD world and everyone at the dealership has been terrific. I have an Ultra Ltd and brought it in for the recall and a tour pack latch issue and I was in and out in 30 minutes with no appointment. Every person I've spoken to at the place from service to sales to parts have been friendly and helpful. They've EARNED my repeat business.

My experience with wildcat HD has been good as well. I recommend them highly. My experience with another dealer in ky was, well let's just say wildcat is straight up and has respect for customer. If your in the area of wildcat HD don't bother going elsewhere, not even for a part, it's just not worth it.

Harv's Harley Davidson in Macedon, NY (Rochester area) has treated me great!
Both on my 1st new bike purchase in 1978 and again when I bought a retirement bike in 2012...
Sadly, I've lived in SoCal since 1979... have bought 3 new bikes out here (1 in the LA area and 2 in the SD area) and have yet to find a dealer that compares with Harv's........
