That diagram was great CPT_Carrera... I am assuming the mic & audio outputs are using a common ground or should I attach the two grounds together to the ground on the Sena cable?

The Harley P&A Audio Connector (#280) has several grounds. One for font and rear audio, front and rear mic, and one labeled simply "ground" which is pin 10. I used this one. Where the left and right audio coming off the Harley connect after the 470ohm resistors there is a 10k resistor following them in series and goes to the ground. From there yes, they share that common ground and connect to the SR10s open cable ground wire.

Default SR10 Harness

A test video of a harness I made for the Sena SR10. I've done a bit of road testing with this lately and it's really solid for phone and CB functions in town and at highway speeds. Voice recognition is still kicking my butt though. I don't even bother over 55mph bc it just doesn't understand me. Granted I use an SPH10 which is one of the over the ear versions and other than the wind sock I get no wind blocking but not too different from the SMH10 as far as function. I have one of those too from an earlier build which is on a full face helmet now but it's summer so I haven't been rockin the helmet too much. I do notice that if I have my sena headset volume over half way I hear my voice like the sidetone even with sidetone disabled on the sena. I actually learned today that it could be coming from the Harley which has sidetone too but it's supposed to go away when intercom is off. My intercom is off but I still hear it when I used phone, CB, or voice commands. Not sure what that's all about really. Other party doesn't hear a thing so it's a pretty descent setup for mono audio.

Default Bluetooth voice commands to GPS worked

Today I set up a SENA 20S paired with SENA BT10 and was able to send voice commands to GPS worked great. Wired the BT10 into the 280plug in the fairing 2 wires I did order the plug from Ebay for $9 But not really needed. The BT10 is very small and fits in the USB compartment. I think it will also work to transmit on the CB but did not have time to test it. For now I am only using it one way I listen to everything out of the speakers but it should also work 2way with the addition of 2 more wires.

Which plug are you referring to? Any crazy wiring required or is it pretty straight forward as in two wires right to a 1/8" mono jack and into the BT10? Either way sounds like you got something. Nice work! Post some images or video.

No crazy wiring no extra parts. There is a 12 pin connector in the fairing
it is ref as#280 on the main harness drawing in the manual on the late model dressers all connections for infotainment center. You can buy the matching plug on ebay for $9 or the cable from Harley for $70 bucks or you can use the smallest red crimp conn for spade. You pair up the BT10 to 1 or more bluetooth headsets plug in the 1/8 plug run wire thru back of USB cubby hole connect to #280 mike + pin 1 and mike - common 3
The pin numbers are from memory so you should check that

Isn't that the wiring harness to the passenger's headset?
Does this mod render the rear plug useless? If it does It's probably not a big deal because the passenger has no reason to talk to the bike.

No, that plug isn't for the rear passenger.
