Default Road king a little cramped

Somy brother-in-lawgot this Road King from pops a few weeks back and the only thinghe doesn't like is it seems a little cramped. He is 6'6" and it is all in the legs. Do they make some sort of forward controls for a king so he can strech out? I know they have cruser pegs and what not but he would really like to have something else.

Tell him to check the HD parts catalog, they sell extesions for the footboards. they run about $80 and I think it moves forward about and inch and a half

could also try the extensions from http://www.ez-brake.com/

i'm only 6'2" but had the same problem driving my roadking classic home. Before i could even go on my first long ride, I had to do something. Lots of posts on this topic on this board. I extended the brake pedal and both shifters. Made a world of difference

I'm 6'4" and I added these to my 07 RKC to help out with comfort:

1. Footboard extenders
2. E-Z Brake (E-Z shifters coming soon)
3. Highway pegs
4. 16" apes

These help with the comfort level ezpecially on long rides. hope this helps you.

Harley also sells a RK seat that moves your butt back a couple inches

This is one of those times when it pays to be height challenged.Without going to a custom frame, nothing will truly make your giant friend comfortable.

I'll second the EZ Brake and EZ Shift, they're 2 of the greatest products I have got for my RK.
I just wish I had done it sooner.

Just checked out EZ Brake's website. That stuff looks very nice. I noticed when I sat on the Road King that my big feet got tangled in the shifter levers. Will be giving them an order as soon as my bike gets here.
