I'm 6'9" and have an HD Brawler Solo seat that drops me lower and MUCH further back than the stock seat. It's a little stiffer but well worth it on shorter (less than say, ~200 mile) trips. I have highway pegs installed on the forward side of the engine guard and can pretty much stretch my legs straight out. I install the stock seat if I'm going on long trips or two-up. I also have the HD high handlebars for the RK that give me an extra 5" over the stock height handlebars.

6' 4" Here - On my '01 RHC - installed HD FloorBrd Ext... Easy Brake... Changed the Engine Guard to Lindby MultiBar - and also installed Hwy Pegs and use them like a FWD Control for shifting & braking...
Bro-In-Law 6' 6" and after he road mind did the same on his RKS - Works 4 US [8D]

I almost never touch my boards. I installed highway pegs after i rode a bit. Way to cramped for me on the boards. I plan on the board extensions and swapin' out the seat, maybe that will help.
