Default TBW grip sensor

Has anyone had the opportunity to take apart a TBW grip sensor? I'd like to know how it is constructed. Last weekend I installed some WO578 bars and although my grip sensor is sending the correct signals, it now feels a little tighter and slightly notchy. I think the fit of my grip sensor into the end of the bar may be a little too tight. I can confirm this if I know what the grip sensor looks like internally.

Being that you just installed new bars and assuming you weren't having this problem before I'm guessing your grip is adjusted inward too much and the rubber collar is binding inside the hand control housing. Loosen everything up just a bit and slide your hand controls to the right 1/16th to 1/8th inch and see if that helps.

Good thinking. I'll give the adjustment a try.

Thanks
