Default Anyway to direct fairing speakers upward?

Being a tall rider I would like to know if there is any way to get the fairing speakers pointing upward my ears. I have boom speakers and I like them, so I would leave the tweeters where they are but have been looking for something to between the tweets and the speaker to get the speaker to point upwards a few degrees. I think they would sound better. Anyone know of any aftermarket parts or have any ideas?

Do you have an amp installed as well?

You may want think about installing an amp. I think you will be hard pressed to find something to aim your speakers upward, at least not without replacing the speakers with aftermarket that may have a slant to them.

My flht didn't come with a adapter seen in the picture (component 1), so I guess I will goto the dealer and see if I can get them. Then turn it upside down. My bike came with a 3/4" flat adapter.

Some of the after market speakers allow you to aim the tweeters like Focal PC165's. You'd need some 5 1/4 to 6 1/2 speaker adapters and some new speakers. Like Dawg said get a amp too.....we'll spend your money on here

#1 on the amp and larger speakers.
I have the J&M 250 watt amp and larger speakers.
I am 6'1" and use a very short windshield, sound is pretty darned good, for a bike. We are not, after all, sitting in our living room!!
The wife can hear them pretty good at highway speeds too, unless there is a big headwind or we are following someone with a loud exhaust.
We try to avoid the big roads so, overall it has been money well spent.

I seriously doubt the aim is really your problem. You need an amp and you should get better speakers while you are at it.

Try something like the new bikes have, its a plastic cover that totally incases the back of the speaker to help put the sound forward.
