Need more sound out of exhaust

You know...loud's OK for the first few hundred miles and then the ears start ringing. Not saying you want the bike uber quiet, but semi-loud's best for the long-haul. You can (1) throw a bigger/different baffle in your pipes, (2) get set of TD headers, or (3) complete TD exhaust swap. If you want loud and decent performing TD's, give MGS a call...

I had the RCX-Haust mufflers with the cat.converter still in head pipe on my '12 Road King. The mufflers are the best sounding that I've heard with the cat. converter still in. But I wanted more performance, so went with a V&H Power Dual pipe along with the RCX mufflers. Sound level and performance increased.
Gut the cat. converter. It acts as a muffler and robs power.
