Default Arnott Alden shocks vs legends

I am thinking of doing an air ride on my 07 cvo road king. Anyone have any pros or cons to either of these.

Also, wanting to change wheels to get a cleaner look without the two rotors, wanting to go with a 6 piston caliper and a 13 inch rotor.

Do you lose a lot of stopping power with this mod. And thoughts of going from an 18 to a 21. Or stay with the 18 or possibly a 19

Thanks

Ive been running Legend Air Suspension on my Ultra since 08, love it. Controls at your left thumb, tweak as you go how does it get better?

We have a forum for air suspension systems, over in the Tech section, so well worth calling in there to take a look around. As for going to a single 13" rotor and 6-piston caliper, I have two of both of them and wouldn't consider doing away with one of them!

If you go with the Legends, make sure you get their newest setup with adjustable dampening. I have the older style, and the dampening is quite stiff and not very comfortable while riding solo. Two-up they're perfect. With adjustable valving you should be able to adjust for both situations. Arnott Aldans are adjustable too.

I prefer the air compressor mount that the Arnott's offer. It goes in front of the battery instead of between the frame rails blocking the oil drain plug like the Legends. If I had unlimited funds, I'd have the Legends shocks, gauge and controls (all nice components) and the Arnott compressor.
