Default 1995 elec ultra stator issue

I blew the stator and decided to do the repair on my own. Mechanical trade.
Anyway got the stator and regulator installed. Rotor looked good.
Now i got a nasty vibration.
Went over it 3 times and no change.
Please help 😭

Something in your Compensator setup is probably not right... like it's frozen.

I wish I could help more than that.

if you used air impact tools, you may have knocked the magnets off the rotor.
not only unbalancing the rotor but the magnets usually destroy the stator when they come off.

there are exploded diagrams at the online parts finder:

http://www.shopronniesharleydavidson.com/

click on OEM harley-davidson

trhen scroll down click on motorcycle

select year, model then assembly.

the comp sprocket is shown under belts w/ chains and sprockets

rotor under electrical alternator

if this turns into a "thing", you could maybe use an impact or hammer drill to spin the motor over and start it with the primary disconnected....that way you'd know if the fault is in the motor/stator or the primary drive and clutch basket

Ty for the diagrams.
Just like they show i did it correctly.
At idol vib is not noticed.
When i engage and bring on the tork she vibrates.
When the bike was running it was smooth just drop volts to zero.
This vibe was not present.
Somthing i feel is not right with compinsator, but im lost.
Thank you for all your help.
Time to bring it to my mechanic and admit defeat 😭
