Huge upgrade over the 50 year old front ends they used through 2013. Mine went on a 2004 and 2007 so I had to change out wheel bearings for 25mm. Respect, Wes
How sir did you get trees to fit a different neck. It’s not doable

Big Bear Choppers BBC he’s doing high performance baggers now. He makes a stem that goes into the 49mm trees to install on a 2013- https://bigbearperformance.com/produ...em-conversion/

Do you have a list of what brackets were used to make this possible? Also, what did you do for gauge wiring and or gauges?

I installed a Pre Rushmore inner and outer on my Road King. After I did the install I wondered if I should have just used the Rushmore one. I was not worried about the electronics. I wired a stereo, amp and speakers. Used an electronic Volt Meter gauge and a stock oil pressure gauge (need to purchase a Electra Glide sending unit to wire in the Road King idiot light and the new pressure gauge) and plug the other two holes with tweeters. I purchased the brackets to eliminate the Engine guard mounts. I used blank cover plates for the 4 wire turn signals( Road King are 3 wire) and I used Led strips for running lights and front turn signals. I have less than 1k into it and I don't have a monthly note on my bike so selling it to buy a RG was not an option.

the frames are not completely different. There are changes but but there some cross over . I have a 2012 street glide. And doing a conversion to road glide . .i am going with a 2015 fairing. Why because can get one in carbon fiber. No one make on for a 2012. . I won't have a entertainment system so no problem there and the only Guages really needed is speedometer and tachometer. And warning lights. . And for the ones that ask that question, why don't byou buy a 2015 RG . Well that still won't help what i want to do. I still be put money into it and changing baprts as with the other. .
