Just wondering if any other riders on here has a woman who thought like that when you were thinking about getting a touring bike.
I like the lines of the Fat Bob..very nice. Why not 2 bikes...

When I was shopping I was only looking at the Electra glides. Wife saw the pictures and said she didn't like them as they didn't look like the classic cruisers.

I looked at her and smiled, finally I can get two bikes, one without the bags and fairing for you and me on this we can ride together. Umm, no thank you. Never said a thing again, but complimented me on my limited when I got home.

Take her for a ride on a Glide and she won't want to get back on anything else.

This thread has been all in good fun and seeing how others dealt with their significant others. In all t hurt fulness mine will support no matter what bike I buy. She enjoys the ride as much as I do. She like the cushy comfy side of the limited but she says we aren't old enough yet. I think she would be happy with the glide and not complain but she will miss the bob as she missed the sportster when I first got the bob. Just wish I could afford to keep both just not in the cards at the present
