I had the prices on my parts written down, and had the 20% figured in, and the prices he quoted me was less than that shipped. So I just figured it was free shipping...

Have dealt with many 20 off dealers over the years,Kutter is as good as any. Takes me about 1 1/2 weeks from order till arrival on average. Have noticed though discount is usually 17% & not 20. Just placed order for HD, Custom Dynamics, & some ISO grips. Aftermarket were solid 20, HD 17, go figure. Have always received good service and Anthony seems straight up the rare occasions I have had to call.

I just got an order from Kutter. Yeah, they were a little slow, but it was the time frame that they said up front, so it came when expected.

Horny Toad and Hale's have always given me 20% off and free shipping. Though I don't call them for $20 parts, for that I just go local. Perhaps the shipping is only free over a certain dollar amount. But that is when it is worth a little extra effort on your part.

When I did my detachable tour pak, I ordered everything from Hale's. Yes it came in several different packages over a seven day period. But when you are getting 20% off on a purchase over $1k, I can become very patient. Never had a problem with fitment or quality, brand new HD stuff in the box. That included the tour pak which came with factory paint.

Would never go to my local for anything that expensive again, until the MoCo outlaws the internet sales. I also go to NH a lot, Manchester HD gives 20% off as well for walk ins, and no sales tax in NH. So if you are going to be in the neighborhood, it is a good deal. I have heard rumors that the discount may stop but that is a rumor.

Yes, pay attention to their return policy too. They sent me a wrong part and I was on the hook for the return ship, even though it was their mistake. (they also charge a re-stock on all returns that are not their mistake)....took several emails to finally get my refund too. I didn't argue too much as it's clearly stated in the policy so don't forget to check.
