Default Cigarette charger flashlights

Went to the dealership. They had a very nice had flashlight that plugs directly into the cig charger in the tour pak. It was only 28 bucks. Lowes had a single LED version for 6 bucks. Works like a charm. I would not recommend using it in the faring location as it shows blue when charging. Good safety item since it flash setting as we'll. just passing this on.

wish they had something that plugged into the cigarette lighter in the fairing. I have a rechargeable flashlight in my van but it will not fit the bike. The lighter housing is larger than the flashlight and any of the replacement elements in autoparts store. Kinda hate to pay $25-30 for a replacement element or rechargeable flashlight!

i just normally carry one with batteries. the little led flashlights with three AAA batteries have really come a long way over the penlights from years ago.

+1 on that..........LED flashlight in the saddle bag and a zip-lock bag full of batteries.

I carry a couple small inexpensive led lights too, but I'm just thinking about the open hole in the dash....would like to somewhat plug up the cig lighter with something. Just can't see spending money on the harley stuff, and nothing aftermarket seems to fit.... maybe I'll just change the whole thing out and plug it off or put a usb port in it!!

i bought the harley one and love it, i also carry a small one in my vest but its not as easy to get to. i have caught myself using the harley light many times around the garage just because its right there. i agree its kinda high for a light but i am getting my moneys worth
