Default Stage 1 advice flhx

So the newness of my 2012 Street glide wore off this year. I wanted a rinehart or V&H classic true dual setup, new intake and some Rine or V&H mufflers. I settled for a PM air cleaner with K&N (300 w/extra faceplate), de-catted header (125), power commander V (220) and some SE slipons (100). Just put the SE muffs on tonight, sounds friggin mean!!
My question is, on the PCV, i can only find a map close to me under true dual exhaust. (the guy i bought the pipe from showed me how he de-catted it, its pretty close to a "true dual" setup) I loaded one with freedom slip ons, SE air cleaner and true dual. Runs damn good. Sounds goods in garage. Havent rode with the new SE mufflers yet, but with the stock ones, there was no backfiring or anything.

Advice? Ride the SOB or spend another 200 and get it tuned on a dyno?

Thanks for reading.

do cams then get a dyno, or just get a map for your cams, and dyno when you get sick of that and go big bore

Get a PCV from Fuel Moto wouldn't have to spend another dime on map

Just my $0.02.

You prolly don't need a clutch upgrade to handle those mods. Put that money into having the heads worked...that's where you really can tell a difference.

Also. Be wary of anyone offering a 'master tune'...in MOST cases all they are doing is loading the same map that they used (and you can likely download) on countless other bikes - then putting your bike on a Dyno so they can hand you a piece of paper. They'll spend 30-minutes max...and hit you for 2-5 hours of 'tuning time'.

Are you saying the bike is back firing with your new set up and map?

I could be wrong here, but decating the stock head pipes, wouldn't it still be a 2-1-2 system? its still using the cross over. I think I would look for either the S&S power tunes, or Cobra Power Port, or V&H power duals set up and try to match the exhaust to something close to what you have and try that if it is an option. If you just added your intake have you checked for leaks around TB and back plate? If I am not understanding your question then disregard my thoughts.......lol

Thanks everybody. Bike runs great, sounds strong. Had a little decel popping around 2000-2200 so (after searching HDF) found a thread that suggested altering the 0% TPS value column. Got done late last night and I tell you what, just running in the garage and getting RPMs to about 2,000 and letting off, the difference is noticeable. Much better with 5 in the TPS. Hope i can get it on the street today and see...
