One other thing I would do is throw these tensioners in the cam chest while you have it open and also go with the Axtell bypass valve.

Ordered, I was going to pick up some stock tensioners from the dealership but these look a lot better. Thanks

A pipe you should consider if you dont like the noise is to look into Supertrapp Megashots; their a stepped header 2:1:2 system with 26 discs. I was able to get 124/121 out of my 103 and at 70 mph I find myself turning the radio down ;O)
A word of caution though they are pricey at $1995.

2k for pipes, ouch! I have MGS true duals just got them last year. For a dual exhaust they perform well. Not trying to squeeze every ounce of power out of the motor.

My only weak link is the primary tensioner, debating on baker vs Hayden m6. Leaning toward baker at the moment, no issues reported with it

If you decide on an m6 I have a brand new one that I will sell.

Sorry I just ordered it and it shipped out already. Trying to get everything in before the next weekend build. I am hoping to install the clutch spring, aim vpc and Hayden tensioner a few days before I tear it open for the build. One less thing I have to do on the day of the build.

109/126 here with my FM 107 build, FM Level B heads, TW-555 cams, MGS True Duals.

Mine is a 2011, so it had the SE compensator already. Runout on the stock crank was great, so we left it alone. Left the stock clutch pack and spring alone.

Only driveline upgrade we did was the AIM VP95LT clutch.

I've had this build for 10 months and 11,000 miles, including a 4,100 mile trip to Sturgis/Yellowstone/Beartooth. Ran the dog **** out of it at times, and behaved myself on the highway for 41 MPG (hand-calculated between fillups). No runs, no drips, no errors. Lots of smiles!

Fuel moto told me to go 777 and not 555. Who did your build? No slipping on the stock spring, wouldn't u not need the vpc if u didn't go with a heavier spring.

Oil cooler or ward fans?

107 with Axtel jugs, 585EZG S&S cams, headwork, SE clutch spring, 121T/132T and a car tire for added traction. A little over 40K on the motor now.
