Don't know the part #.
I didn't instal the cover, the tech that installed my cams and gear drive did it.
Oil might leak out, but, if you ride your bike up onto a 2x6 it will lean over quite a bit further and most of the oil will flow to the left side of the bike.
It's probably a god idea to have an assistant to hold the bike for a few minutes when you do it.
If you don't have a manual, get one.

The ez-brake is an aftermarket rear brake lever for HD Dressers.
They may make them for other models, not sure.
If you look at my rear brake lever in the photo above you will see it has a dogleg type shape to it. This moves the pad down and forward, where it should be.
Very comfortable and it is exactly were it should have been put from the factory. Get one you will love it!
