front wheel on a 2002 roadking wont freewheel

Typically Harley's have front brake drag.You can spin the wheel only about 3/4 around.If your worried about the drag,pull the calipers and then see how easy the wheel spins if your wheel brgs. are in good shape.

Did you put a drill bit into the hole in your axle and spread the forks out to it before you torqued your nuts down?
Can't remember what size, just find one that is the same size as the hole.
If that's not the problem, then it probably is brake drag.
