Newbe Sorry but just want to know if I can install a wrap aroiund backrest on a 2014 Chopped Tour Pack.

2014 tour paks (chopped or not) are wider than their predecessor and therefore require a 2014 backrest. Other than that, your only limiting factor would be the height of the rear part of the passenger seat.

Can't comment on the 2014, but I did it on the 2009 chopped tour pak.

Looks good with speaker pods but without a bit on the obtrusive side, IMO.
Lines do not flow as well.
